Overview

Support users, integration, design, and implementation of Janus and Asta configurators and associated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for support of issues and requests submitted by end users of both the Janus and Asta configurators.
  • Monitor and address order errors via Queue Manager and the error log.
  • Work with affected departments to resolve configurator special requests.
  • Assist in product configurator development, including specifying, validating, and writing rules.
  • Assist in creation of SOPs by learning and documenting designated processes.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as creation and modification of accounts, salespeople and discount rules.
  • Work with Inventory Control team and other affected departments on SAGE item creation, router creation, inventory creation, and item maintenance.
  • Review and send out Publish Notes to users.
  • Test configurator changes prior to them being pushed to the live environment.
  • Work with team and users to continually gain feedback used to improve the configurator(s).
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of day-to-day user processes to better serve and troubleshoot for end users.
  • Train new employee users.
  • Open and maintain all help tickets.
  • Assist supervisor and co-workers as necessary.
  • Keep work area neat and clean.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • Two to three years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
  • Advanced computer knowledge required; Microsoft Office Suite.
