Overview

Sell the Company's products and services in a specified region using technical and organizational skills and knowledge of customers� needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities through visiting and cold calling existing and new customers.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently, set goals and objectives, and develop realistic action plans.
  • Determine sales multipliers and schedules for all new customers. Revise sales multipliers for current customers as needed.
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers when needed.
  • Keep manager informed of current sales activities and future projections.
  • Travel to customer sites to perform site visits, jobsite take offs, inspections and handle customer problems.
  • Respond to the customer’s needs, follow through on all aspects of the sale, and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
  • Attend industry related tradeshows and events.
  • Ensure CRM software is up to date.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and transportation to make customer visits.
  • Basic computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Excel.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone and in person.
