Support the maintenance of the HR-related systems, including but not limited to, the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities
Provide HR system training to HR staff and end users to improve efficiencies and ensure consistency of applications and accuracy of current and historical data records. Advise users on best use of system functionality to automate workflow and troubleshoot user issues.
Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database.
Configure, develop, implement, and maintain HRIS & ATS programs, systems, and reports to optimize the system value.
Provide technical expertise and technical design knowledge for system and process design.
Test system changes and analyze data flow for process improvement opportunities.
Analyze processes and HR data to identify problems and proposed solutions and ensure data integrity.
Lead process improvements to optimize utilization of HR technology.
Develop and maintain written and online HR system documentation, reference, and end-user training materials.
Provide daily HR-system user support.
Troubleshoot system glitches, errors, and processing issues as they arise.
Create and maintain effective reporting for HR analytics.
Assist in selecting, testing, and implementing new HR systems.
Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
Recommend new policies and procedures to effect improvements in efficiency and services performed.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
Four-year college degree in Human Resources required. 3-5 years of previous work-related experience.
Proficient computer skills required including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ADP.
Must be detail-orientated and extremely organized.
