Dispatcher - ACT

Access Control Technologies is looking for a dispatcher with experience. We specialize in the installation and service of Video Surveillance, Access Control, Gate, and Gate entry systems throughout the entire United States.

As a full-time dispatcher, you will be one of the faces of our company. You will answer the phones and either route the caller to the appropriate extension or setup a service call in our systems. When not on inbound calls you will make outbound calls and emails to verify appointments and follow-up on completed appointments. 

• Strong phone and computer skills, must be able to do both at once.
• Experience in the Service Industry.
• Ability to always project a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work on a team or on an individual project.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to new and existing customers.
• Must be organized, self-driven, and customer service focused.
