Responsibilities
Proactively engage with prospective and current clients through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations—both within your assigned territory and in open, non-exclusive areas.
Craft compelling, well-structured proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales leadership, finance, and logistics to align efforts and achieve goals.
Highlight the unique value of the company’s products and services while benchmarking against competitors.
Deliver regular updates to management through detailed reports on customer interactions, market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and conventions to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Support team objectives by contributing to shared goals and stepping in where needed to ensure success.
Ensure CRM software is up to date.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma required. College degree in business preferred.
Three to five years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
Overnight travel required up to 50%. Must have valid driver’s license.
Basic computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Excel.
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone and in person.
