Overview

Responsible for full lifecycle specialized recruiting to include - but may not be limited to - sourcing, identifying qualified candidates, screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential candidates for selected positions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, make recommendations regarding hiring and deliver employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings for the Janus International group.
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
  • Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates. Develop advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with the hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc. in accordance with the handbook.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
  • Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Manage application/resume files and retention according to company policy.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree in Human Resources required. 3-5 years of previous work-related experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills required; Outlook, Excel, Work, Email, and ADP.
  • Detail orientated and extremely organized.
