Overview

The Customer Coordinator role is vital to the success of the Facilitate department as the main contact to our Customers and Service providers your main function is to provide excellent customer service and prompt order entry for the department.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare job files and create opportunities on required service channels.
  • Record and file appropriate requirements/ needs to AroFlo and associated Janus Core business unit needs
  • Creation of job cards and service requests.
  • Contact customers to obtain pertinent information for creation of job/task/call/proposals or site visits, and the knowledge to decipher the appropriate need.
  • Perform general office duties, and support administration functions.
  • Use prior obtained knowledge in service and building industry to relay correct terminology to customers, estimators and project managers
  • Establish and obtain essential knowledge for service offering and service delivery areas to better serve customers.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by Management.

Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience in a service-based business or construction industry.
  • Strong computer skills required, email, Word, excel and range of third-party systems.
  • Professional presentation & communication, written and verbal.
