Manage project from point of sale to point of completion serving as the main liaison between the customer and various departments within Betco as well as outside vendors.
Responsibilities
Maintain documentation in the electronic file system.
Update and maintain production and delivery schedule. Notify departments of upcoming projects.
Verify contract terms are established and deposit is received.
Establish and maintain relationship with customer, keeping customer up to date on various stages of the job.
Coordinate with Field Superintendent to ensure site is inspected in timely manner.
Complete labor pricing schedule for crew.
Prepare sub-contractor contract and packet.
Ensure vendor releases and forklift orders are made in timely manner.
Process crew payment draws per contract.
Assist customers and crews with questions related to design and construction.
Submit billing advices to accounting.
Initiate sales order revisions, change orders, and backcharges as required.
Work to complete job within contract timeframes and within budget
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous Customer Service experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Three to five years related experience required.
Previous experience in Construction or Manufacturing preferred.
Intermediate computer skills required.
Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are required
Some travel required.
