Noke Smart Entry Technician - Noke

Oversee the Installation team in installation, inspection and testing of the Noke Smart Entry System.

• Highly customer focused with strong communication skills
• Test & inspect work of installation team and tradesmen.
• Perform quality service work in a timely and professional manner.
• Issue corrective action plan for installation and manufacturing defects.
• Help Install team as needed to determine job readiness and project completion
• Participate in final unit system audit and system test.
• Make design changes to equipment deployment & wiring layout as needed
• Provide continued service, support and maintenance of installed Noke Smart Entry System.
• Adherence to Janus International policies and procedures.
• Enforce appropriate OSHA requirements and Janus safety policies & processes

• Possess a customer centric attitude with the ability to collaborate.
• Familiar with major smartphone models and tablets as well as Apple IOS & Android Operating Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of programs - Word, Excel, Outlook, Project.
• Strong Mechanical and Technical aptitude.
• Knowledge of basic electrical principles
• Active Electrical License for applicable state preferred (but not required)
• Willingness to travel as workload dictates (up to 75%)
• Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk
• Regularly required to walk around active construction sites and climb stairs in inclement weather
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
