Overview

The Quality Manager is a key member of the Noke design team, responsible for owning all quality and reliability of the products.  This role will be reported directly to Director of Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining a quality management system and procedures. Drive continuous improvement and ensure that quality remains a top priority within the organization
  • Set the goals, and direction for the quality initiatives, ensuring that all employees are motivated and equipped to meet quality standards and customer needs
  • Identify potential risks to quality and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • End-to-end quality strategy across IoT wireless, hardware, firmware, software, database, APPs and cloud (AWS) infrastructure
  • Delivering measurable quality outcomes and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and performance.
  • Partner with cross functional teams (Engineering, Install/Service, Product, and Supply Chain) to deliver exceptional products and services to customers
  • Delivery quality and reliability performance updates (KPI) to the senior management bi-weekly
  • Ethical behavior, and adherence to Janus standards

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality leadership roles. 3 years at the leadership level.
  • Proven track record of driving significant improvement in system validation and Quality Management System (QMS) in the IoT technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to management
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer science or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
