Overview

The Senior Electronic Engineer is a key member of the Noke design team, responsible for owning the design process and works, from concept to production.  You will interact with the product, global design, quality, and 3rd party manufacture teams for the design work.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of electronic design works
  • Work with the Product team to define the product requirements, feasibility study and estimate the product cost
  • Create plans and schedules on the assigned tasks and projects
  • Managing design from concept to production. Deliver design on time, on cost, and on specifications
  • Identify potential risks to quality and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Delivering measurable quality outcomes and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and performance Ability to work with cross functional teams, ODM and OEM partners
  • Stay on top of technology that is related to IoT, access, security and building automation

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in electronic circuit for the Internet of Thing (IoT), access, security and building automation Products
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, a related field or equivalent experience
  • Must have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimum supervision
  • Delivering design to meet Quality Assurance standards and comply with regional/global regulatory and requirements
  • Ensure design is manufacturable (DFM)
  • Experience in wireless design with Bluetooth, WiFi, IoT wireless and antenna design preferred
  • Proficient in using CAD (Altium) tools for circuit simulation, schematic capture and PCB board layout
  • Proficient in using Lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum and network analyzers, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
