Overview

Architect, design, and deliver mobile (iOS/Android), web, and backend solutions—owning public/internal APIs and third‑party integrations that power core customer and operations workflows. You will set engineering guardrails, raise the bar on quality, and ship reliably via modern CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end design/delivery and the technical work across mobile, APIs, and integrations; translate business goals into clear architecture, designs and increments.
• Mobile leadership: guide React Native builds, offline sync, push notifications, deep links, secure storage, and app store release pipelines.
• API & integration architecture: design/consume REST/GraphQL, define versioning and error contracts, implement OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, and standardize webhooks/event driven patterns; steward internal SDKs where needed.
• Operational excellence: drive CI/CD, automated testing (unit/UI/E2E/contract), observability, and on call/incident practices to meet reliability and security objectives.
• Partner with Product/UX/Support to shape requirements, wireframes, and rollout plans; ensure client performance, accessibility, and measurable customer impact.
• Engineering best practices: code reviews, documentation, style guides (API and UI), and post mortems; unblock teams with hands on contributions when needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years designing/developing mobile apps (React Native) with app‑store lifecycle experience.
  • 3+ years designing/consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL), with strong auth, pagination, versioning, and error‑handling fundamentals.
  • 3+ years modern web front‑end (React preferred) with responsive UI and performance tuning.
  • Proven integration experience (SDKs, webhooks, event streaming) with external platforms/services.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD, automated testing, and production monitoring/telemetry.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
