Responsible for monitoring and maintaining acceptable levels of inventory.
Responsibilities
Directing cycle counts, physical inventories, inventory accuracy, inventory control and related improvements. This may include the development of programs and audits.
Identify root cause of inventory discrepancies and create and implement corrective action plans that may include systems, people and/or processes.
Analyze inventory variance and exception reports to monitor inventory data and procedures to ensure accuracy and quality of inventory within facility.
Place tags and labels on the inventory stock and at their storage location.
Prepare reports of inventory balances as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with team members and other internal departments of the organization
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficient computer skills required, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP.
Outgoing, self-starter with great interpersonal and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bi-lingual preferred.
Must occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, and bend.
